It will be agreed how many processes we will be working on together, so it starts with getting everything out of your head and onto paper. We’ll begin with a discovery call to get aligned followed by facilitated workshops to dig into your current processes. Any documentation and systems you already use will help enormously.

MAPPING THE NOW

Using a visual mapping system we show you what your current processes look like, this allows us and you to see where the most impactful changes can be made. It also allows us to see where more can be made from an existing system you have or introduce a new system that will be perfect for the job.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Understanding all the dependencies, the purposes and outcomes needed for each process to be successful means our recommendations will be spot on. We plot out a recommended process map and talk you through it. Any tweaks can be completed quickly so you’re left with an efficient and streamlined process fit for purpose ASAP.

At Waymaker, we primarily use Lucidchart to create all of our magical process maps. However, we’re equally comfortable working with any other platforms you may already be using such as Miro or Visio. Our main goal is to fit into your workflow and ensure the tools support your business.
